Pizza Dorgali:

  • Steeped beef, muscles, pumpadilli, sustenuto.

Pizza Budinetto:

  • buono slabbe hamshank, pleasanta, bella vista.

Pizza Poltrano:

  • placce impressivo, grande, fingere technicho.

Pizza Ninna Ninna:

  • scary accesso, aspecto bella mediterraneo, magnifico jugfest.

Pizza Biddiriscottai Grotte:

  • frigo damp alternativo, polishi, fun-in-prezipitatione.

Ristorante Agriturismo Irgoli

Starter:

- Cold meat splatter

Antipasto:

- Brown Liver & Kidney Minestrone

Pasta:

- Ravioli and pasta maggotte, served in traditional Sardinian lukewarm style.

Main Course:

  • "Bones-in-a-Basket" Suckling Pig, mechanically rendered meatless with added gristle, served on a bed of nettles….a snout, pigtail & trotter extravaganza.

Dessert:

  • Bowl of Granulated Sugar [sponge cake optional when in season]

Winelist:

  • Carboy di Vino Paintstrippi, 2 litres per person.

Vegetarian Alternative:

  • no comprende…."Va Funculo"….as they say in these parts.
